Sliding Scale Application

In order to accommodate clients with diverse financial circumstances who are committed to personal growth through coaching, I reserve a few sliding scale spots in my coaching practice. Sliding scale spots are limited in availability and considered on a case-by-case basis.

About Sliding Scale options:

• Sliding scale is based on financial need. However, being small business run by one person, spots are limited, and so availability is not guaranteed.

• Sliding scale rates are time-limited to a maximum of __________ months.

• To ensure business sustainability, the set minimum rate for sliding scale coaching is $150 per session or $450 per month for 3 sessions.

  • This set rate reflects the economic reality that each session has a real cost - from operational expenses and overhead to my need to earn a fair living wage.

  • My aim is to help make ADHD coaching more accessible while valuing my work and sustaining my capacity to deliver high-value coaching services to all of my clients. To maintain this balance, the minimum rate is firm.

• I am unable to offer pro-bono (free of charge) coaching.

New and existing clients may apply for sliding scale using the form on this page. Eligibility is determined not by financial documentation, but by the Client’s expressed need, explanation of financial circumstances, and demonstrated commitment to the coaching process. If a sliding scale spot is available, we will review and follow up with next steps.
